meditate, write, and simply BE.
This is for you if you love writing, love presence, and love to dive deep into this moment and come back up with whatever words want to flow through you now.
Something light, something fun, a breather in the whirlwind of activities most people live in.
We hop on Zoom with whomever signed up.
We start with a guided meditation, a deep breath into now.
Then, I’ll offer writing prompts—just little sparks to see what flows.
You write.
You jot down whatever words come up and out.
No time for thinking, editing, or figuring things out.
This is NOT about writing something beautiful (although it may end up that way) or getting insights (even though you might get them).
This is about being present in this moment.
About connecting with your inner silence underneath the mind’s turmoil.
About seeing what lives within if only you take a moment to acknowledge it.
You don’t have to share your writing.
You can keep it all to yourself and burn it later if you like.
All you need is pen, paper (or however you prefer to write), and your willingness to be open and be surprised.
You write.
I give you prompts and lead the meditation.
And who knows, I might read some beautiful words in between.
Or whatever else comes up in that moment.
We’re doing this on Friday, March 7.
We start at 16.00 / 4 pm sharp. (Amsterdam, Europe time.)
This isn’t something to watch later—it’s something to experience now.
And you need to be present for that.
Literally and figuratively.
Come write, breathe, and see what unfolds.
I’m a writer and master coach for women entrepreneurs who are done with pushing, striving, and compromising.
I help you create a business and life that unfold effortlessly—without stress, overwhelm, or strategies you don’t need.
With over 23 years of experience, I’ve guided thousands of women to create a business and life they adore.
My clients have published books, doubled their income, and launched global businesses—not by working harder, but by leaning into ease, flow, and what’s already here.
I’m the author of seven books, including The Art of Divine Selfishness and The Happy Hermit, and a lifelong seeker of true freedom.
I found ultimate freedom by making a simple shift in consciousness— from living in the mind to living from awareness.
Now, I help you do the same.
