Maybe the energy of nothing already drew you in. You sense its essence and just know you want to be there.
Nothing is exactly what you need!
But maybe, your mind tries to make sense of this invitation and needs more:
What IS this?! Whatever will we DO?!
Let’s see.
It’s hard to put into words what this is when really, it’s nothing.
This is not a workshop.
It is not a course.
And it’s not an event.
It’s not about learning something.
(Even though you might.)
It’s not about creating something.
(Even though this could happen.)
It’s not about doing something.
(Even though we might.)
other than this:
To take a break together.
A break from doing, from noise, from reaching and striving and always being ON.
A break from becoming.
A break from endless thinking about what you should do or who you should be.
Even ‘self-care’ and ‘me-time’ have become work, a chore, something to do (and something you can do in ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ ways.)
Even spirituality has turned into a mental exercise.
It’s all so loud.
So much work.
Just … so …. MUCH.
In this hour, we strip it all down.
Or rather, we don’t even do THAT.
We’re stepping out of everything.
(And you don’t even have to step out of your house for it.)
No agenda.
No purpose.
No goal, other than to BE with what IS and comes through in that moment.
Boring?
Perhaps.
A breath of fresh air?
Maybe.
Unexpected?
Definitely!
The world is so noisy, so loud, so always ON.
You may crave a break from that.
Or not.
There’s nothing I can say that will make you want to join me.
I don’t WANT to say something that will make you want to join me.
You either resonate or don’t and both are fine.
If you do, here’s the practical stuff:
We gather on Friday, March 21.
We start at 10.00 am sharp. (Amsterdam, Europe time.)
We connect via Zoom.
Your camera is off or on—your call.
There’s no recording.
Just you, me, and whomever else feels called to be there.
"Time for Nothing was a beautiful experience.
I have the abiding memory of that hour and it's a feeling I like to revisit regularly -
a feeling of contented, peaceful, blissful, loving connection in the moment."

I’m a writer and master coach for women entrepreneurs who are done with pushing, striving, and compromising.
Your business and life can unfold effortlessly—without stress, overwhelm, or forcing anything. That’s what I help you see.
For over 23 years, I’ve guided thousands of women back to a way of living and working that feels natural, free, and deeply aligned.
My clients have published books, doubled their income, and launched global businesses—not by forcing or following formulas, but by leaning into ease, flow, and what’s already here.
I’m the author of eight books, including Awakened Awareness, The Art of Divine Selfishness and The Happy Hermit—and a lifelong seeker of true freedom.
That search ended when I made one simple shift: from living in the mind to living from awareness.
Now, I help you do the same.
