I work with women entrepreneurs who are doing well but can't switch off,
no matter how much they've achieved.
Within weeks, you stop overthinking and second-guessing—and finally, deeply exhale.
Without needing your life or business to change first.
On paper, your life works.
Business is good.
Life is good.
But it doesn't always feel that way.
In the back of your mind, there’s always a little voice whispering:
Should I be doing more?
Should I be doing something different?
Am I still doing something wrong?
(What’s wrong with me?)
That voice rarely shuts up. Others don’t see it. You seem confident, clear and strong.
You are all that.
You know what you’re talking about, yet still add “I might be wrong, but …”;
You know you’re good at what you do. But when you’re about to say it out loud or write it down, a smaller, unnecessarily modest version comes out;
You wrote a killer blog. But then you read it back and cut the paragraph that says what you really want to say. You publish a politer, blander version;
You worry you might be too loud, bold, or different. Or not loud or bold enough. (Or both.) There’s just a sense that something’s slightly off with you, even though you’re not sure what it is;
You got a big client, a raving testimonial, crossed a Big Thing off of your to-do list, and got interviewed by Oprah herself—and for about an hour, you felt okay. Like you earned your place. Then it wore off.
You often wonder if you can be as openly, full-on different and weird as you actually are—and still be taken seriously. Still make good money. Still be enough.
You find it hard to relax before your to-do list is empty. (It never is.) Even when you sit on your couch there’s a nagging sense that you should spend your time wiser, better, more productive.
You wonder if you should have made that joke (was it too much??), if you should go to that party even if you don’t want to, or if you should give that discount. (Even when everything inside you screams ‘noooooo!’)
That there’s a recurring issue that just doesn’t go away—even after everything you threw at it already: mindset work. Healings. Coaches. Masterminds. Spiritual tools. Energy work. Self-love practices.
Why can’t you fix this?
What are you still not seeing?
What are you still doing wrong?
What’s wrong with you?!
You think that everyone has an inner critic. And it’s normal to doubt yourself at times.
And yes, everyone has one.
And yes, everyone doubts themselves at times.
But you’re dealing with something deeper than that.
Something no amount of inner work, mindset work, healing work, positive affirmations, or continuously working on your self-confidence can fix.
No level of success can make that deep-felt sense that you’re not okay as you are go away.
Because underneath it run these existential questions:
Is there enough room for you as you actually are?
Are you truly good enough exactly as you are?
* And are you even allowed to exist as yourself?
You’re not sure.
Deep down, you feel there might be something wrong with you.
With who you are.
Or what you do.
And you can’t find what it is.
And you don’t know how to fix it.
And this pesky sense of wrongness is like muzak on an elevator:
Annoyingly present in the background of your existence.
And you can’t shut it off.
For me, this subtle sense of wrongness mostly manifested itself in my business.
Making myself visible took me years. It felt so unsafe that I couldn’t even bring myself to get a website.
Making promises in my marketing made me cringe. Setting good prices was a struggle. And taking a stand for the power and depth of my work? Oof.
And there was one recurring thing that drove me up the wall at times: money. It would go well for a while and bam … worries and stress came roaring back.
I tried absolutely everything to fix it.
Changing my business model, working with affirmations, making stellar business plans (I never stuck to), journaling my ass off and learning 237 ways to shift subconscious beliefs. (More or less.) (Probably less.)
Everything worked for a while.
But nothing solved the money-issue permanently.
Even when money was there, I couldn't deeply relax. There was always a voice whispering I could be doing more, should be further along. No matter how much I achieved, it never felt good enough. (I never felt good enough.)
Until, finally, everything changed.
I found the sense of security and trust that I’d always be okay, no matter what.
I found peace in the midst of unachieved goals.
And the nagging sense that something was still missing, still not right, dissolved.
It didn’t come from finding a secret tool or manifesting trick.
It came from dropping the whole shebang:
The seeking, fixing, hoping, crashing, and repeating that same cycle again. And again.
Instead of running along in that hamster wheel we all call life, I stepped out of it.
I stopped trying to control my thoughts, my results, and life.
Instead, I looked directly at the urge to control itself. At the thoughts, the stories, the beliefs … without trying to change or delete them.
I noticed that thoughts and feelings simply arose—I wasn’t creating them. They just came. And left.
I noticed that the thoughts I spent so long to change no longer had a hold on me.
And I noticed that underneath that inner noise was already that deep, unshakable peace, freedom and ease I’d been looking for.
And nothing fell apart.
Nothing went to shit when I stopped trying to control life (and myself).
I felt so much lighter.
Like I put down a backpack filled with guilt, worries, and heavy books I didn’t even want to read.
Money stuff appeared every now and then. But it was no longer a problem. And it always solved itself without any force or stress.
The issue was solved … by seeing there was never anything wrong.
Not with me.
Not with what I did.

“My business didn't thrive, and the work I was doing didn't make me happy. I'd been trying to break through that, even with the help of other coaches, for about 8 years.
But nothing worked.
Until I started to work with Brigitte.”
Petra Jungblut
It's not about improving your mindset.
We don't change thoughts or replace beliefs.
We don't set goals.
And you don't have to become a better version of yourself.
Because those are the exact things that keep your issues alive, and create new ones.
Most coaching is built on a single assumption:
that something about you needs to be fixed, improved, or changed: Better thoughts. Stronger beliefs. A cleaner mindset. Different habits. A higher version of yourself.
This work starts from the opposite direction.
Not: what needs to change in you?
But: what if nothing was ever wrong in the first place?
Instead of trying to fix or improve your thoughts and feelings, you start to see them for what they actually are:
things that arise and leave on their own. You don’t create them. You can't control them. And you don’t have to.
You stop thinking about your life, and start to actually live it.
The urge to fix, improve, and figure things out drops.
Stress and tension, too.
What's left is ease, calm and peace.
Even when your to-do list is still a mile long and your sink breaks on top of it.
Within weeks my clients stop trying to fix or improve themselves.
And that's when everything shifts.
You sit down to work and just … work. No internal arguments about whether you’re doing the right thing. No pep-talk or ass-kicking required.
The urge to control softens.
Overthinking and second-guessing lose their grip.
You stop worrying about the things that used to keep you up at night. (What if money stops coming in? What if people find out you’re an imposter?)
The thing that used to hijack a whole afternoon—a slow month; an unanswered email; no likes on your brilliant LinkedIn post—just … slides off. You notice it, sure. But it no longer holds you hostage.
Problems no longer feel overwhelming or urgent.
You shrug, knowing that solutions always come. Usually out of the blue, when you’re daydreaming during lunch.
You finally feel at ease—without needing your life or business to change first.
Business and life move on.
But the tension, pressure, and restlessness around them dissolve.
You can binge your favorite show without feeling guilty that you’re wasting time.
You finally exhale.
You see it for what it is:
A thought, popping up every now and then. An energy fart without any substance or power.
It no longer rules you.

"I feel a deep, unshakable peace now, no matter what happens.
I no longer worry about anything. Life is effortless. Business is easy.
And even when something shitty happens, I still feel calm and at peace because I deeply know and trust that everything is okay.”

We usually work together for 3-6 months, depending on your specific situation.
Each month we meet twice, on Zoom.
In between calls you get ongoing support via the free Voxer app.
You don’t have to wait for your next call to share or ask what’s on your mind. You’re supported throughout the whole time we work together.
I only work with handful of private clients.
✔️ You're successful on paper but it still doesn't feel like enough.
✔️ You're tired of the voice that’s always wondering if you’re enough, or too much, or if something is still wrong (with you).
✔️ And you’re done trying to fix yourself.
❌ You’re in crisis and need immediate practical support.
❌ You want a step-by-step system.
❌ You’re looking for a bargain and want a quick fix.

“It felt scary to invest so much in myself at first, but it was immediately worth it.”
Simone Brockhuis
If you're successful on paper but still feel like something's off—and you're tired of trying to fix it—apply for a private conversation.
No pitch. No pressure. No "but wait, there's more."
Just a conversation to see if this is the right fit for you.
You don’t need to prepare anything. I've heard "I don't even know where to start" more often than I've bought new socks.
And I bought a lot of socks.
A short form will pop up where you fill in your name, email, and anything you'd like to share before we meet. That's all.
I'll get back to you within 2 business days to schedule our chat.

I'm Brigitte van Tuijl—writer, master coach, and author of 9 books. My first book was published by a Dutch publisher in 2009 and still sells today without a single promotion. The rest I self-published.
I've been coaching women entrepreneurs for 25+ years, created 50+ online programs, and was one of the first coaches in the Netherlands to work online—back when most coaches still insisted you could only do this work sitting in the same room together.
I only work with a handful of private clients. Because I want to give you my full attention and be available to you whenever you need me ... and still have plenty of time for myself.
